WHAT IS SCHELLVILLE?
A magical winter village, and so much more!
In 2017, Schell Brothers dreamt of a magical Christmas village called Schellville. Their first season delighted the Coastal Delaware community with nine beautifully decorated miniature houses, plenty of activities, and Christmas trees. In 2022, Schell Brothers announced a vast expansion. With this growth, it expanded the footprint to 5.5 acres of Christmas cheer, which includes train rides, snow zones, magical snow for 15 minutes each hour, Santa & Mrs. Claus, many additional houses, an artisan alley that features many local small crafters, and plenty of fun to delight local families!

Roller Skating
Take a spin around our year-round outdoor roller rink. Bring your own skates or rent a pair for $5.
Sled Hill
A synthetic snow hill means you can slip and slide on innertubes any time of year! Weather permitting, of course. 🙂
Train Rides
All aboard the Schellville Express! The train driver will take you on a free tour of the Schellville grounds.
Tree Maze
Take a relaxing stroll among the twinkling lights and make some memories in our magical tree maze. Enjoy the food trucks, snack shack, and local breweries all located nearby.
Merry Christmas Lane
Kid-sized houses where everything inside is actually kid-sized! Shop for groceries, fix animals up in our pet hospital, or record in the iHeart Radio studio in one of over 20 incredibly decorated miniature houses.
Snow Zone
Quick, form an alliance, grab an arm-load of snowballs and let ’em fly!
