Chef Joe Canlas teams up with regional oyster farmers, Harris Seafood Co. (Kent Island, MD), Rappahannock Oyster Co. (Topping, MD), and True Chesapeake Oyster Co. (St. Jerome Creek, MD), to offer a great selection of shucked oysters. Other featured dishes at this event include shrimp and crab cocktails, mussels, salmon, prime rib, roasted pig, cajun wings and assorted sausages. Samplings of Brewer’s Alley craft beer and a selection of wines from around the world come bundled as a part of our all-inclusive ticket. Local musical favorites, 19th Street Band, are performing during the event.
