It’s always a fun evening with beautiful musicianship from the DC area’s top musicians like Eric Scott\, Billy Coulter\, Brian Simms\, Bill Starks\, Kirk Philips\, Greg Hardin\, Margot MacDonald\, Deeme Katson\, Chuck Underwood\, Ronnie Smith\, John Zidar\, Trevor Specht\, Wayne Sulc\, Zack Smith\, Austin Marks & Tom Fridrich. \nDream Discs pays tribute to two of rock and rolls’ most cherished classics; Van Morrison’s “Moondance” and Bruce Springsteen’s “The Wild\, The Innocent & The E Street Shuffle”. These two albums released in the early 70’s established Springsteen & Morrison as FM radio favorites and catapulted them to their rightful places among music’s greatest songwriters. These records have long been both critics and popular favorites and contain some of their best loved songs including ‘Rosalita’\, ‘Kitty’s Back’ & 4th of July Asbury Park (Sandy) and Caravan\, Crazy Love and Into The Mystic. Each set will also feature a couple bonus songs from the artists classic era.
